Hey guys,

i have been here so many time before but this time has too be the end. I need too beat this demon. I have dusted myself down and today is my last day of gambling. No matter how much I win I can't stop until I have absolutely nothing. I have been told for years gambling is a mugs game and it is unless you know how too walk away. I have so much good in my life I can't throw it all away. Tomorrow is day 1, I just want too break away from this demon. Time too move forward and grow up. 36 and lost all my money too the bookies the past 18 years. No more lies.

A gamble free future is a bright future

maybe On day 7, had a few urges today but going too stay busy. Once you have a few days off you automatically think you can control your betting. Once a compulsive gambler always a compulsive gambler. Stay focused and positive and keep reading everyone else’s experiences and stories. Makes you not want too go back too the dark place
