Thanks Blondie, I try to post as much on others problems as possible , people come on here lost and looking for help having hit a true rock bottom and not really knowing what help is available to them.

Just try and post on everyone who is new or crying out for help to offer the support I received when I first arrived on here , makes a big difference knowing there is help out there.

We are all guilt ridden with our losses but people need to accept what we have is an illness that needs immediate help

I look at daily posts regarding FOBT and realise it is one of the fastest growing problems I know of , taking people for £100's of £1000's of pounds each day.

It makes me so upset to think of people in the same situation if not worse than my own , all I would say to people who are reading this section for the first time , let the Gamcare family help you many people on here have all been in your situation and will help you through this.

Keep adding the days and seemingly my will power is getting stronger , the battle with the fobt will be won and I will not go on one of them things again , no bet since end of April and its now July that is huge for me.

Long may the victory against the fobt continue

Hi John, just had a read of your diary and well done for making the decision to stop. Hope you're still going strong mate.
