I am 30 years old and have spent the last 10 years of my life gambling! I have spent thousands!! I am at the point now where I really am going to ruin mine and my loved ones life’s if I don’t stop! I’ve registered on gam ban and gam stop and have blocked all deposits off my bank card. At the minute I feel defeated like I’ve no fight in me, I’ve just lost another £2000 today. This needs to stop. Here we go. Day 1.

If you are gambling 2 grand a day i would advise seeking some professional help as the addiction will be seriously deep routed

Cold turkey and blocking may not be enough there could be some serious underlying issue within your life/ personality
