Hi everyone!
Yesterday Iv decided to hang up my boots and become gamble free.
Gambling causes me so many problems but the worst of it is it takes your time, and time is the most precious thing we have!

Im going to keep this diary to keep me motivated and looking forward to the future gamble free

Anyway my day 1 has been completed pretty painless If I’m honest, I walked the dog, did some gardening, met up with friends and enjoyed the sunshine ?

Iv been looking at joining the gym to make a start on working on myself next week and I’ll have to work out what else to do with my spare time.

I hope everyone is having a nice gamble free weekend and I’ll catch up soon.

Love it mate, stay dedicated to your journey and hit that gym hard; you can either be a b*m and gamble and lose your money and just about have enough money to survive while never really being able to live life for what it is. You could easily be going on holidays, buying clothes, new cars, upgrading your home and investing/starting businesses, but we choose to live as if we need to win money, when the only way to get a lot of money is to earn it.

We must always be looking to level up and grinding for our money and status, instead of trying to get it the easy way, which will never work as you know.

7pm today and I’ll be up to 72 hours 🙂

Sunday was a lovely day again and I was out and about enjoying the weather, went to the beach with friends and watched Glastonbury on the Tv in the night.

Iv been running round today doing errands and normal boring things but kept myself busy and gamble free 🙂

Iv got a few days off work this week but back in Friday for the weekend so I’ll make sure I stay busy and occupied and I will get to this gym some point tomorrow lol

hows everyone else doing?

I’m pretty sure when I get to this evening it’s 7 days today, my first week gamble free in years 🙂

Theres been a couple of moments where Iv considered gambling, and walking past the arcade in town I did fancy a flutter but resisted.

It’s amazing how much more time you have went your not gambling, roll on week 2

Worked over the weekend so kept busy and gamble free.

Today was the problem when I had no work to do where thoughts of arcades and gambling entered my head. I met up with friends for breakfast and after that spent a couple of hours in the gym after that I did some shopping and hid in the house all evening.

I remember quitting smoking and the milestones were 2 days 2 weeks 2 months and 2years, where it seemed to get better after each of those milestones. I wonder if the gambling will be the same, and the cravings will slowly disappear to once in a blue moon.

No work tomorrow so I’m going to keep myself busy Iv got some clearing out to do at home and then gym.

I hope everyone else is well and doing well

It’s been a while since Iv posted but things are still going good and I’m still gamble free 🙂

I would be lying if I said the demons have left me, they are still there but definitely getting a little bit quieter!

Gym seems to help me and keeping busy and occupied definitely stops the mind wandering.
