Well after a day off work and a round of golf day 1 being gamble free is done.
Feel so much better already. Back at work today after a couple of days off.
Just have to keep taking it a day at a time.
You're doing great! Before you know it, them 2 days will turn into 2 weeks and so on... use the forum and build a strong mindset to avoid it at all costs.
