Day 3, work today, had the urge to look at last nights dog results, even tho I never had a bet, and the same goes for the lottery, just habits that I need to get out of, my wife goes to work tonight, and that is gonna be hard as that's when I normally stray. Still self excluded from all the sites I use, and my wife has all my bank/credit cards so all temptation I can not reach. All the best today everyone!!!!
Ok Shamrock come on the chatroom tonight between 8 and 9. I know your wife will be working longer than that but it might help you focus for the night . You will get good advice and keep you busy. Maybe do some cleaning in the house! That may get you brownie points! Keep up the good work
