a bit naughty yesterday, had a few beers with a guy at work and in trouble again, having said that day 62!!!

So in trouble with the wife, I am a bit stupid, as by doing so she obviously will doubt my main goal. Anyway, today is the day, my life has officially begun.

Have a good one, and congratulations on continuing to fight back against this problem. Don't want either of us (and any of us for that matter) trip up on our run of days.

Just remain positive about things and hopefully your relationship will get back to good. With a continued effort at sorting yourself out, it should do nothing but good in fixing any other issues.

So yes, the birthday has been and gone, a non event , which I full expected, but I did have a nice Chinese meal and spoke to my father for the first time in a bout a year.

Got into trouble for drinking a couple of pints, its not so much the drinking that upsets my wife, but my efforts to cover it up. That is completely understandable and I must work on this. Day 66 I think, and the football season is drawing ever closer, and that will be the next challenge, feeling good about being able to deal with it.

Off to Switzerland in just over a week so that is something to look forward to!!

Anyway, have a great week all my lovely friends and stay strong.
