on Day 19 :)) still gf ... HOWEVER I did wobble slightly day 17 and tried to look online - naughty but it’s what we do! Thank god for Gamstop is all I can say!! The urge passed and I went to bed.. another 2 days on and im still on track. Kaz xxx

Day 20 (and 5 days to payday 🙂 I will actually have some money this month!!! Yayyyyy :))

Anyone reading this who has had or is having that terrible downer after chasing losses, feeling anxious and overwhelmed by how they’re going to make it through until pay day, I was like that 20 days ago... stop now and put the blocks in place that will help you through. Read people’s stories and start your own diary, if I can do you so can you. Good luck! Kaz xx

1. I am Kaz and I will not place that first bet.

2. I will never question my decision to stop gambling.

Thanks Shaun... your words of wisdom have helped me and so many others 🙂 thank you. I’m sad reading some of the new posts on the forum, so much pain and so many effected by this awful distructive addiction... I pray for them all to find a way to cope. Have a great weekend, Kaz xx

Day 21 over and another day my money remains intact :)) no transactions from any gaming sites in my account for March! It feels fantastic... I’m so proud i keep looking at my bank app just to see i have ZERO gambling debts... good luck all

Day 22 to 24 still gf, however my mum passed away ysetday so I have no want or need to gamble at the moment. Too many things to think about and do.... sad times, but a great time for reflection and life altering changes ... stay gf people xxx

Soooo sorry to read about you're mum passing....it's a very difficult time .... ( my dad in law passed the same day).....don't let you're addiction suck on to you're sad feelings....it's always looking for an excuse to lure you back....
Imagine you're mum watching over you and sending you strength to keep fighting......
I've not been on here for ages....was mooching about and saw you're post.....just wanted to send a hug....and some strength..

Ahh thank you Loxxie xxx ... it is indeed difficult times, quite surreal. I have had no thought at all to gamble, but tonight I thought about this site and the fact I’d not been on. It’s been a saviour up until now. I really hope and pray my strength continues and 37 days gf becomes 337 days 🙂

Day 42 ... still gf.. proud of myself! Money in the bank and feeling free from gambling demons so far 😉

Day 60 !!! Wow what an achievement and still going strong 😉 I’ve had no urge but do miss the high of winning a little... still i’m 60 days of money in my bank better of .....
