Many thanks for the congratulations. Day 11, and things are looking better and better; I never thought I could go this long without succumbing but the urge to gamble is receding with each passing day. I just hope I'm not speaking too soon!

Many thanks for the congrats. Day 13 for me today, but have to admit I had a slight wobble when I saw in my diary that the self-exclusion period on one remaining site I have used will be ending in a few weeks' time. The thought flitted through my mind that perhaps just a small bet might boost my bank balance. Madness! As soon as I can log into the site I shall be self-excluding permanently. Roll on Day 14 tomorrow - a whole fortnight 'clean'...

Day 15 today - half a month! Looking forward to achieving my first month 'clean' but must not be complacent about this!

Well done, keep counting and recognizing each small milestone, and they'll soon start becoming much bigger steps along the way.

Many thanks hitthefan - K9 installed and seems to be working well. Have made a note in my diary to self-exclude permanently from the one remaining site when my current short self-exclusion period ends. That will be a true test of self-control, not to have a bet when the site becomes available again. However all being well I should overcome any temptation - certainly would not want to disappoint Mr Brightside and the team! On Day 16 now and enjoying life.
