Hello diary, I'm now at 43 days and while my lovely friends and stalker head towards the century, I happily skip in their footsteps towards my half century! I'm loving life, having easy evenings in front of telly cuddled up with my lovely daughter and daft dog. Work is awful at the moment but nothing I cannot deal with - however 44 days ago I would lose my self in the slots and not be dealing with things head on. I have an interview for a new job on Thurday and will know quite quickly if I have been succesful. I have already started thinking about my letter of resignation!!

I hope everyone is getting on fine; it's a bit of a hard slog at times but well worth the effort. I have noticed a few members have not been around as much recently. If you happen to be reading this and have had a bit of a wobble, please put it behind you and get back on the road again; we're all here to support each other.

*At first you don't succeed, persevere and keep the heid* Take care all xx

Brilliant day today.....I got the job I applied for!!! Had interview at 8.30 til 8.40 and was called at 9.30 to offer me the post; 5 hours and £1/hour more which will leave me with a bit extra a month after debts paid. Couldn't be happier or in a better place, to be honest. Bring on day 46.

Take care all and best wishes in your road of recovery xxx

48 days and feeling uber positive! Not feeling so good about handing my resignation in tomorrow as I will not be popular. However, if I can manage to stop gambling for 48 days, tell my husband everything and deal with my debt, I can deal with the flack I'll get at work! Onwards and upwards friends, power to the people! xxx
