Steady day at work. Calm before the new year storm admitting with all sorts.

I am going to think about a pleasant resolution to make like commit to more savings and ticking off one thing less to do in life stuff..

So plans for tomorrow.. Weather allowing a run then panto..

House is miss Haversham style.. So weekend cleaning must start as the de cluttering also..

.

I am feeling optimistic.. Chat is helping along with my diary. I am expecting a dip in mood. Post Christmas.. Post spent up.. But beginning of 2020 looks promising.. Life is good..

Already 2 birthday parties and a birthday meal booked for January... New Windows to look forward to and new kitchen cupboard doors and plinths... Going to have to book in some overtime... Its all happening at the boo radleys

Thanks all in chat tonight

Aww thank you all.

So a little update..

Went on a solo run. Mr b. R. Sulky about something or the other really threw me a curved ball.. Why do folk sulk?? It's just time wasting so to late run with buddies ??

Anyway he says Tra tra and off he

strops.we don't part on bad words BUT

He got me feeling aggravated.. And then I thought.. There's a positive in this.. I've seen times when I would have gone off to the slots to ease the tension.. It just hasn't happened today.. So thanks for that little tester the big guy up there I am  sure gamcare forum will be proud of me..

Also whilst running a man walking a dog had a top on displaying the word bet and three numbers... Kicked that one into the long grass too for all my buddies on here who most did online..

Feeling accomplished.. And passing my good vibes down the line ???

Love boo ?

Night.

Had a good day.

Enjoyed panto

Looking forward to simple pleasures in life tomorrow.. Tesco n stuff..

Going clean tomorrow. I love doing my windows with my karcher..

Just watching pride and prejudice.. Keira knightly... Love it.

My mood is settled.. I have no gambling urges. In fact the opposite. A loathing of the whole industry... A struggle lies within me of those struggling and I wish the struggle would stop for them.. There future be brighter..

But I must finish on a positive.. Cannot sleep on a negative.. I have decided to write a to do list for 2020 rather than concentrate on. Just one thing to stop..

All for now..

You are all in my thoughts

Night  boo ?

The to do list sounds much more achievable than a new year's resolution to me.  I might pinch that idea if I may?

Goodnight and God bless boo x

Good Morning Boo,

Just been reading through your diary. There is lots I had missed. Your doing super fabulous and I’m so happy for you. You seem like a lovely soul.

I take my eldest son to our local parkrun on a Saturday morning 9.15 start. He loves it and is getting better every week. He’s only 10 and needs to be within close proximity of me. Truth be told, he’ll be beating me soon. His best is just under 25 minutes which is decent for that age.

Anyway, thanks for your kind offer on my diary but I hope you understand that I need to take on this personal challenge that I believe will drive me forward next year.

Running does so much for me both mentally and physically and I plan on returning to my old ways next year. I ran a marathon back in 2013 and at the finishing line told my wife that I would be doing them every year from then on. I never did another one. So, next year I plan on beating my time and experiencing the tremendous high of training for and completing a marathon. You are more than welcome to join my virtual 2020 Gamcare Marathon Training Squad. You can be vice captain.

Have a super excellent day.

Morning..

Just woke about 15 minutes back.. Went to bed midnight. That's equivalent two weeks sleep for me

Dreamt about casino... Vividly.. But not upsettingly... I'm going to treat these dreams like menopausal hot sweats. They say you always feel better after having one... Yes I know that ship has sailed with me but it was a symptom that swerved me?

Please take no offence about me writing the above.

So... Agenda for today.

Tesco

Sofa slouch

Write reflective piece for reval.

TV.

Wait for it........ Jigsaw.

Feeling chirpy for now

I'm conscious of the fact that some on gamcare are struggling. My levity doesn't completely dilute my emotions towards others.

Until later

Boo and chunky monkey scottie boo???
