Morning. 

What a strange dream. Need Freud to explain.. 

I was at work and given some blood samples to post.. Meaning put them In collection point. But I put one in Royal mail box. And so perplexed was I I returned the others to work. Then my manager, can't recall present one or previous berated me about a course I was going to do. Saying I would get no help in time or money towards it. My head is jumbled. 

So willing to give today a go at whatever it throws at me.. Just do it in a gentle way please.. Work has sapped so much this week..

Is it jig time tonight boo?

Night. 

Warming up to jig... 

So.. Busy day.. Glass of vino.. Small bottle at back of fridge.. Felt sorry for it. 

I've had a good day.. Nice short run with running buddy.. Cleaned. Shopped. Sorted some clothes.. Chat was tender but periods of levity also.. So balanced. 

No thoughts on gambling... So a good day on that score 

Now if anyone's reading this don't feel sad.. 10 years since my dad passed today.. It wasn't a textbook relationship. Why should it have been.. But we loved each other in our own ways.. He didn't like mardling or women blarting as he would say.. Loved his cricket.. Lancashire season ticket holder.. Its not a trigger either.. I deal with this day as I do and am thankful for what me and dad had. It is as it is.. 

So I'm going to finish my glass of vino now and run through my back catalogue in my memories of treasured moments
