Had an idea to gamble. Reason being stuck at work 2 days feeling incarcerated but now free. I'm OK gambling won't occur 

I have the triangle to gambling today

Time. Money. Opportunity.. 

But it won't happen as cannot go a casino now 

Plus won't drive after a vino. 

So the good news is will have the TV. And remote to myself later as Mr. B. R goes footy..??

I need to do some work for work also.. So all good.. 

But just to mop up those last few drops of gambling urges going to play gerry n pacemakers and Frank strangers in the night and will be spurred on to seize the day..

Hope Debbie goes on OK tonight. Thanks for listening to me in chat everyone. I know I can't change the past and I don't want live there either so am making the choice to move forward.. Money lost is money lost. I still have my health and my sanity.. Priceless ?

Plans for tomorrow on waking will be revealed In diary.. Nowt exciting but they are routine plans which keep me at arcades length of life which I am striving for..

I didn't gamble 24/7 or online or get into debt.. But I gambled. My lifestyle was akin to a stranger to myself let alone anyone else.. 

This place and the people here understand how addiction to gambling affected me.. You dont fit into a tick box.. We are here for the book not the other way around. 

Tonight I go to bed less burdened.. And thankful.

Well done on finishing the Jig! What is the next one? I will buy one. I think it will be good for me

Jigsaw.. The district nurse still to do.. My friend across the pond posted there   finished jigsaw on fb today.. A Disney theme.. Really colourful.. See I've gone global ?

Shop 

Lunch date.. Nice ?three friends we meet perhaps 3 times a year. But always keep in touch via media etc.

Home then for a steady evening. 

That's it really.... Best get a wiggle on the washing won't do itself ?
