I’ve been gambling all my life I have self excluded for life on online sites I used to use slots and really spent a lot of money and because I’m self excluded from online sites it didn’t bother me but then a new bingo hall opened not far from we’re I live so I have been going there and I have got out of control again with the slots but I have looked online and emailed the company as I really need to self exclude myself but I have to go into them and have photographs took for there database to exclude I’m so embarrassed as it’s come to this as I no staff will see it and be informed of who I am but I do no I need to self exclude myself as it’s going out of control and I can’t stop it as anyone else excluded there self from bingo halls ps I am also a secret gambler and no one at all noes about this so really concerned Incas staff no or talk about it can’t believe it as come to this but I can’t do it alone without anything being in place x

In time when I walked in to the recovery program I was also concerned if some one saw going in to meetings of really worried about seeing some I knew in there.
The idea behind recovery is being more caring and respectful of myself, that is a healthy motive.
Yet my fears would reduce by me getting more open and honest with myself.
If I know people in the meeting we are both there for the same reason.
Today I understand for me to get healthy I both needed and wanted to give up escaping to gambling.
I did not love gambling that was not true or healthy.
Time off from gambling would empower to be a much healthier person.
I did not fully understand or appreciate how recovery worked, the simple fact it does work.
Me being in to the recovery program was very important and healthy for me to find a much healthier life.

If you really had enough,going into a pocks y Bingo hall and walking up to the customer service desk and barring yourself ,take 5 mins ,then you'll never see them again,
who's laughing at you ,you going spending God know's how much you can't afford plus the pain,or them looking at you and saying to them selves,that took sum guts and you know what.
YOUR A WINNER FOR ONCE ,GET DOWN TOMORROW,when it's quiet and do it.DO IT!!!!!
