Hi lulu, you say work is tough at the moment. Think about it. all the hours you've slogged away working - do you really want to give your money to the gambling companies who permanently sit with their jaws wide open waiting for some poor delusioned soul to pour their hard earned cash into their greedy mouths??
That money is yours, not theirs, you've fed them enough! Spend it on anything that will bring a glimmer of sunshine into your life. Buy something for your son (I hope he's improving with each passing day )
If it's too tempting being in your bank and you play online, draw your money out.
Gambling can be great for a short while if you're winning but let's face it we always put it back with more on top!
I know it's so difficult, I struggle myself but it's true - i feel so much better for not gambling.
I want to stay feeling this way. I still remember how I felt when I was in despair. I don't want to go back there, I'm sure you don't either. Look after yourself. You're worth it! Big hugs x
