Keep shining, you might feel like there is no sunshine in sight but its there just keep walking towards it.

Your made of strong stuff and you keep bouncing back, if you cant understand why it happened dont beat yourself up about it sometimes people just dont why... It just is.... Try and accept the fact that you cant control yourself when you gamble but you sure as hell can when you dont.

hey everyone thankyou for the lovely post's : )

not been on all week as iv been so busy getting things sorted and doing extra hours at work so that i can put things right after my last relapse ! im in such a better place than i was a few weeks back and on monday i'll be 2 weeks gamble free : )

starting to feel positive again and this time i really will beat this !

hope you all had a fab xmas and thanx so much for the lovely post's !

im really proud to say that im back on track and nearly 5 weeks gamble free : )

i had a great xmas with my boy and things are really starting to look up ! 2013 will be my year and i will make it through gamble free ! something feels kinda different in me this time .im not really sure what it is but after my last slip i felt so low that i thought there was no point in even trying anymore but i knew i had to pick myself up and stop feeling sorry for myself .only i can change this and make a better future for for my family and that's what i fully intend on doing !

stay strong everyone even when it feels like you just can't go on ! YOU CAN and YOU WILL BEAT THIS IF YOU REALLY WANT TOO : ) xxx

The support i have recieved from you guys is amazing and sometimes i feel undeserved as i do not post or offer support to others as much as i should ! but want you all to know that even when im not posting i do log on everyday and read people's progress i just sometimes feel that im not that great at giving advice as im still early stages of recovery and don't always know what to say ! but i will try harder in the new year to get more active on this site and really get my thought's down so that they are there in black and white .anyways that's all for now im off for a nice hot bath lol take care everyone and let's have a cracking gamble free 2013 X
