fed up with myself

well its coming up to nearly 3 weeks bet free and can't say its been easy but my god i feel great that im beating this thing so for now im just full of positive feeling and really hope it stays : ) X

Thanks for giving us a 100% check in this week. I think you are doing great. You stopped gambling pretty much as that thread started so in some ways you are doing it through the toughest period (first month). I really hope you keep coming back every week the place is always darker without a bit of sunshine 🙂

hey guys sorry i have not been on for few days im pretty rubbish at remembering to update my diary but i thankyou all so much for your support it helps me so much to stay strong and focused ! so im nearly at 4 weeks gamble free and feel so proud that im really doing it this time .Ihave had lot's of urges and even have one now as im typing this but im just trying to stay busy and keep my mind on other things ! its not always easy but getting better with time anyway im still fighting and that's the main thing : ) X

thanx everyone for all your support you lovely lovely people : ) well today is 5 weeks gamble free but and even more special day as its my son's 1st b-day and i could not be more proud ! we have had a fab weekend celebrating and i have not even given gambling a second thought ! this is the way its supposed to be and right now i couldn't be happier ! im so proud of my boy and i will not mess up this time i will fight this all the way for him so he has a mummy to be proud of . not much more i can say but i hope everyone else is doing good and keep fighting : ) X
