hey guys thanx so much for your post's its such an amazing amount of support here on this site ! im sorry i don't post back much on your diarys im just rubbish at getting around to it and with a 1 year old not always easy to find the time but really i do value all your support so much and its helped so much in keeping me gamble free . not sure how many weeks im on now think its 6 0r 7 but i must say the urges really are getting less and less and i feel so positive never thought i would get to this stage again just really hope i can keep it going .well people lets keep fighting this and stay gamble free : ) X

Brilliant to see you flying through the 90 day thread I always look forward to you checking in as I know you don't update your diary as regularly as some. That doesn't matter at all but I do like you checking in as it shows you are doing ok and still getting the benefits of being bet free.
