Well done mate, glad to hear your doing so well and that your really enjoying life at the mo. That's what it's all about. Making changes to enjoy your life. I've just read through your diary start to finish and you really have done amazing and your very comical, a great read and it helps me to read successful diaries and you've definitely been successful, so thank you. I have said something similar before but Friday 6th April you were on your last legs and dreading the following Thursday (Payday). You got through that payday, then you got through another, and another. Fast Forward to Monday July 30th and you put together a post worthy of going into Shiny's WOW posts thread. Nothing profound, but just a real and genuine post which said I am now living the life I want and the added bonus is people closest to you are benefiting too!

I am sure you will be knocking around the forum still to keep us all sane it will be important in my humble opinion to keep this site close ish and I know you will be checking in each Friday for the next 10 weeks to complete the 90 day thread. So, I know Steg is here to stay mayb not quite as active but now you are giving life a proper go. April 6th you prob didn't think that was possible.

Hats off to you and the progress you continue to make.

Just wanted to let you know mayo playing on sat at 5pm in the all ireland quarter final and if you have sky you will be able to watch it on a channel called rte2 or network 2 it might be around channel 160ish because it is over here.

Day 119, thanks all for the posts, everything still going great guns, busy all day, pictures again this morning, Ice Age 4, very good and funny. Just got back from swimming with Maisie, lovely. Cooking tea now, proud steak with a side helping of no self loathing and no guilt. Delicious. Take care all, keep shining.
