Day 117
Thanks ODAAT and Suzanne for your posts and continued support got thru yesterday was tough and feel a lil more secure today thankfully and yes I've worked so hard to get as far as I have never wanna throw it away.
Couldn't avoid the action yesterday and was feeling like I was missing out as it looked to be going to plan for the punters until millions of bets literally fell at the last and I felt a relief not that I want anyone to lose there money.
Anyway I need to find a way to stop thinking like this or avoid the radio, not buy a paper etc need something to pass the time of day between jobs tho. Maybe more time on here is the answer for the week.
Day 118
Refrained from 3 days of the festival 1 more to get past still found myself having a look at the results for some unknown reason I see racing as a purely betting sport without betting it should be of no interest to me so can't explain why I've been looking at them.
Anyways plodding on had a nice day off been out for lunch and to my daughters parents which went fairly well bit of a chatterbox in the classroom apart from that was good now gonna settle down and watch the darts this evening before hitting the sack.
I have about 3 seconds to 'spare' before I chuck some Zzzz so swinging by to use them wisely...
Look as much as you want but don't even think about throwing away all your hard work!

Not bought a paper today avoiding all runners and riders will maybe listen to the odd race and check results cos I'm very nosey and like to know what's going on.
No real thoughts of giving into temptation been a tough week though granted.
Don't wanna look to far ahead but not looking forward to the biggy race next month. A lot of my family are once a year punters and always ask me to put there bets on for them they don't know the extent of my problem only me, my girlfriend and my sister who I'm very close too so could be awkward.

Day 120 another nice multiple of 10 today feeling good to have seen the back of Cheltenham and proud of myself for getting through the week unscathed.
No urges or thoughts to gamble today avoided any fixtures as per.
Going to watch morecambe this bad been terrible at home this year but playing bottom side so hopeful may see them win today.
Thanks Suzanne and Carl for your messages and support you are both right one day at a time although I do see it as a positive that I firmly believe I will be gamble free then and the problem will occur.

Day 121
Nothing really to report today no urges to gamble at all.
Visited mum and grandma this morning then home for a chill with girlfriend and kids watched a few films ordered a takeaway nice chilled out day.
Day 122
Nothing guaranteed in this life got myself a 5 week contract thinking I had some guaranteed money coming in and it's finished half way through cos she knows she's gonna be ill for 2 weeks. Was a student placement thing don't think she got on right well with the teachers so no doubt has something to do with it.
So back to the slog and hoping for work to come my way.
No urges to gamble looking forward to the game tonight need a win with other results this weekend.

Great result last nite fortunate with the goal but hey utd been doing that for years bring on the game on Sunday massive.

Rubbish at work today so far 4 jobs in 3 hours read every inch of my paper already.
Morecambe playing at home tonight after losing to bottom of league side at weekend not very hopeful at all home form is shocking for some reason.
S***e news about that contract, good job you've been winning every day for 4 months though 🙂
