Thanks for your post and continued support Suzanne really makes a difference.

Well we thankfully missed last nights mauling at the hands of Shrewsbury and carried on the awful run of form at home hopefully we got just enough points to survive another year.

Missed the game as my bro and wife had my niece yesterday evening so welcome to the world new addition to the family with my sister due in a couple of months too.

Pool to look forward too tonight currently mid table and a warm up for the cup final on Sunday can't wait for that one.

No urges to gamble today

Day 125

Day off today just a chill day today no thought of gambling just looking forward to watching the darts this evening still enjoying watching it without betting don't know any fixtures for any of the weeks yet as it would add temptation.

Another win for the team last night 6-4 a couple of my bankers myself included letting the side down but a couple of the others chipped in with wins under pressure last 2 games bodes well for final Sunday pretty excited for that

Nothing to report today no urges to gamble just working hard in it for long haul

Saturday is here again not looked at any fixtures no real urges to gamble at all but not adding temptation.

Looking forward to tmoz lads footy then big game for liverpool before the pool cup final tmoz evening.

Day 128

No urges to gamble today.

Lads team won 3nil in his game at dinner time and then got home to watch the big game what a nightmare that turned out to be.

Anyway main attraction still to come this evening pool cup final starts 8-30pm unfortunately got a couple of mancs in my team so will get a bit of stick.

Good things come in 3's: little one winning footie, you beating Mr Gamble now for number 3, bring on the Pool 🙂

Lets face it, being a Morecame supporter you must be used to the abuse by now 😉

Thanks ODAAT for your message and support of my recovery and my cup run unfortunately it was an anti climax we lost the final 6-2 kicking myself for losing the 1st game and my awful tactical display that left myself and who I consider my best player redundant at the end trying to save us when I should of chucked us on sooner been a bit hard on myself but pretty gutted right now.

The opponents are the best team in the area in league played 22 won 20 so always up against it.

Day 129

Still devastated bout last nite's defeat so near but yet so far I'd say we were well beaten in 2 of the 8 frames played rest were 50/50 anyways it's a bit sad need to get over it now.

No urges to gamble at all god I used to feel like this every day while my bets went down the pan analysing every incident in fine detail no wish to go back there.

Mate, I'm gutted for you! I know it's no consolation but they were worthy opponents rather than some FA cup style qualifiers...In fact the way you've been playing, you did well to get there 😉 Too soon?!?

Thanks ODAAT yes they were worthy winners a nice bunch aswell always get on well with them which is not always the case runners up is still an achievement and a big improvement this season so hopefully there will be more chances to come in next few years. Was a bit captainzilla on Sunday playing every shot in my head gave it up for bout 8 years cos it all got a bit serious is just a bit of fun at the end of the day.

Day 130 today no urges to gamble at all feeling a bit under the weather today but plodding on.

Day 131

Day on the couch today still feeling pretty rubbish, daughters off school sick too so must of passed it on.

No urges to gamble just sleep it off.

Day 132.

Feeling okay again today still giving myself the day off to recovery properly before the weekend. Just been watching the cricket maybe a bit of tennis this aft and the darts this evening. All bet free and stress free.

Managed a draw at pool last nite 1/2 for me again a bit of a habit. Was really flat last night a lot of disappointment about the final good to see in a way and we will come back stronger for it.
