I elected for the 5 year sojourn a couple of months ago and have not looked back.
Before I could not log on; now I could not even be bothered and I just do not think about online gambling - or gambing per se.
Definitely the most effective block to date!
Best thing I ever did, registered for 5 years and the peace of mind that has provided is priceless. I would encourage anyone that has a problem with online betting to register ASAP.
