Can say that I have less and less thought about gambling and most times none. I should be sharing this much earlier man, might be would save some better money now 😞

Man, what a progress!!!! It is 2 month that I'm now gambling free! Cannot believe it at all. I mean it!

Surely I had a few hard times and it's still catching me some times, as gambling seems were the way out of my stress that I've been having at work. But now, I found more pleasant ways to manage it and get my thought to a different directions.

So proud of it! We continue 💪

Here we go! It's a 3 month already. It was a hard way I should admit. So many times I've had that freaking worm in my head asking to feed him up, but gladly I have managed to shut him down!

My financial part is getting improved as well as my mental condition. Getting some milestones done and soon, will be out of the debts that I have accumulated! So proud! Time for a drinks I guess 🤣

Well done.  3 months g.f is a great achievement 👏👏👏👏.

keep going strong and don’t give in to/continue to feed that worm!

Take care and be kind to yourself.

@j5a6meyr4z Many thanks Pink Lady! Indeed, need to be strong and keep myself tight. Not knowing your story, but hope that you are also staying away from the gambling ! Cheers.

Hi Newinblock,

I have just read your post and would like to say the words of support as I was in the similar situation years ago. I think that your words in one of your previous posts are so true! 'I came to a point that I started completely understanding that no bet will make me happy and that I won't be able to win anything'

We just need to remember that there is no money in gambling as our behaviour is greatly influenced by our beliefs. Personally , I also no longer believe that I can 'make money ' through gambling, so I will not gamble again.

I hope that you will keep going!

@95zl4c2xhn hi Isobel! Many thanks and indeed, as soon as the realisation that no money can be won is here, it could be considered as a first step towards gambling free life. Unfortunately for me, I have realised that too late and after loosing over 100k. The good part here is that I don't blame myself for the lose and I know that I will earn more that I have lost. The only challenge is to manage my behaviour, that I'm being quite successful for now 😀

Good luck to you too and thanks for your support as well!
