So glad am through another day bet free after some very strong urges,felt really sick all day hopefully nothing to do wae this right enough! Aw wel its bedtime for scottyboy! Be strong everyone. 😉

Its now lunchtime and getting little urges but nothing to much,i am on 16days gamble free today and rest assured it will be 17 days tomorrow. 🙂 jst going to do a bit of xmas shopping to help take the mind of the horrible thought of gambling.come back and watch a bit of the football.hope everyone is keeping betfree. 😉 scottyboy is following in duncs footsteps STEPPING FORWARD NEVER BACK :-):-):-)

Another day passes bye without a bet,small urges as football is on tonight but kept my work van going in the direction of my house 🙂 went for bath with my wee zoe got her ready for bed and now its time to sit with feet up and watch footie 🙂 not betting makes things so much better.

Well done Scotty. I can identify with your comment about keeping the van going home. My brain has been so scrambled that I have approached a junction and couldn't decide whether to turn towards a bookie or turn home. You made the right choice. Keep making it!
