Hi,everyone not been on here in a while as I have been hit the the demons! Am almost at breaking point now.i have my wedding soon and av been as bad as ever! Cant do this no more as from tomorrow its day 1 and hopefully I will be gamble free up until my wedding day and carry on gamble free after! Am back here for help and to help others beat this illness. Lost a fortune this month and a chunk today,NO MORE THIS HAS TO STOP. Scottyboy 🙁 x
Jst want it to be tomorrow so I cant start my 1st day gamble free! So close to tears right now but as I look at alot of people that are still on this forum from the 1st time I came here it gives me hope of beating this illness seeing how we they are all doing! My advice fella put those blocks in place gift yourself some time to clear the fog gambling leaves you.
Sounds like gambling has you in a bad place, together lets get you a ticket for the gamble free bus.
Destruction through gambling will be arrested through your coming here and life will improve.

Those recent losses are gone, you have to accept that and start with a purpose today. Take things a day at a time, put the blocks in place.
For me that valuable tool the triangle still works today.
Time - money - location take one away at all times and that punt becomes impossible. You gift yourself the time to think.
Too boot you gift yourself a 100% payrise and the opportunity to change the mantra all compulsive gamblers live by. I cannot win because i cannot stop.
