I am on day 3 of no gambling after 20 plus years, with so much sport on today my urges are similarly strong but while my daughter is sitting playing and my wife is pottering about somewhere i can't and will not break...good luck fella
Happy to say that I have made it through the day betfree with the strongest urges so far! Here go,s for 2nd week betfree 😉 day 8 lets have it.
