DAY 4.off work today so really need to keep my guard up.
Jst been sitting thinking of best plan to get debts payed back so
I can start living a normal life without this horrible illness with my wife and two kids. 1 kid is only 3 the other is soon to be born and as I was brought up well I dont want my kids to have nothing, all because of a father that looses all his money on that s**t.i dont want my wife to think why am I married to someone who just grumps every other night,its not the real me but cant tell her the reason am grumpy or in some sort of a mood is because av jst lost half or all of my wages :-(:-( jst for today I am not betting for a better tomorrow. I am a compulsive gambler,so I now choose not to bet.

fella it is great to see your resolve to live gamble free grows.
Yes get some debt repayment plans in place, make sure you can afford the payments and stick to them, by putting to much pressure on the amount can lead you back to gambling as a way out, also remember that the debt is just the material part of our addiction, to be debt free does not mean it is ok to go back at it.
All the time you remain gamble free you will guarantee yourself one thing
You will not be adding to the debt, for that enjoy it fella, you are making a life choice, one indeed that will have a huge effect on your family.

DAY 5 and not a single bet of any kind 🙂 to busy to even think bout betting never mind anything else.just going to have a shower then spent time with my wife and daughter.the way it should be rather than count down the mins to kickoff 🙂 no bet today for a better tomorrow.

Day 7 going well with no gambling,working from 6 until 3 then out for dinner with wife and daughter for early mothers day meal.feeling strong with the odd urge but nothing I cant handle. 🙂

DAY 10 today still cant get the money damage I have caused out my head but still not a bet so thats the main thing right now.
Back home with the family,its so great I dont waste an hour in bookies now on way home.paying back debt takes time but I just want it to be paid back as soon as possible.:-( feeling strong of not gambling but totally stressed about money. Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh
