DAY 3, lastnight did not go to plan for ga meeting because wife asked for help as new baby was playing up.i was happy to put meeting off and help.if i was gambling and had to put a bet on i would have been away not bothered about anyone else apart from myself and my bet.am glad its not like that today and am gamble free and happy to help anytime.just for today i am not going to gamble.have a good gamble free day everyone
Hi Scotty, well done on 3 days remember being gamble free makes life manageable. GA is prob one of the most important aspects in being gamble free. Just remember its importance in a compulsive gamblers life.
DAY 3 going well,had odd thought of gambling but nothing i cant deal with.spent day out with wife and kids,now its dinner time for everyone.before i would have stayed at home and let them go,but its not going to be like that anymore,WHY because am not selfish through gambling and now am giving more of my time to others.
DAY 4 getting ready to finish off some xmas shopping then off out later for a game of snooker with a friend.keeping busy keeps my mind off gambling as the 1st few weeks are really hard.hope everyone having a good gamble free day

DAY 5.Going to have a lazy day lying about before the madness starts later,running around at crazy times getting kids presents from mum and mother in laws 🙂 if i was gambling i wouldn't be looking forward to building kids toys and giving them my attention because all i would be thinking about was football and horses over next few days,glad its not like that today and i am looking forward to all this.

Christmas day almost over and day 6 gamble free.roll on day 7 tomorrow.had a great day with wife and kids.i am looking forward to putting my head on the pillow tonight and actually being able to sleep rather than that fear and thinking of what will be my next bet.hope everyone has had an amazing day.

enjoy it and probably will even more this year as i wont be scared of next few days with no money because i now choose to win by not gambling at all.happy betfree boxing day everyone x
Well that was a great day of racing and i am happy to say i never gambled or lost a single penny.i actually enjoyed watching it rather than having heart beating 100mph and having 1 eye covered.off to see mum and dad with the family now.hope everyone's having a good gamble
