DAY 10 betfree. had 2 nights out there in a row so feeling rather fragile the day.thought i would struggle with the fruit machines in pubs and but managed to stay away easy.things are starting to get easier now but must keep my guard up.hope everyone here are having a nice betfree day.

11 days free of a bet.brilliant to be sitting typing this right now,this time last month i was lucky to go 11 hours without a bet.every morning i wake up now i say to myself,just for today am not going to have a bet and it seems to be working for now so this is the way i will continue.wish everyone on here and there love ones a happy new year and all the best for 2016
Well the day i have been waiting for has come,the last day of a horrible year for me and my family.lots of family and friends been in hospitals and lots with horrible news.had a few happy gambling days this year and many more unhappy gambling days.am glad today am 12days free from a bet,i will take plenty positives from that into next year.all the very best once again you all when it comes.HAPPY NEW YEAR X

Hi diary, here we are day 14 gamble free. Found the last few days getting easier,ofcourse breaking that triangle has made things alot better.i have been getting to sit watching my football with no bets on,it really is
a better game to watch for free rather than covering your eyes at penalties and full of anger at players that have made mistakes to cost you money.had a great new years day with the family,only problem this year was

Day 16 gamble free.had my last day with family before its back to work.visited friends today which was a good day and catch up.went to shop to buy kids a drink on way home,when shop keeper ask if i wanted to play lotto,i says no i dont gamble.she looked at me like i had 5 heads,it felt a bit embarrassing but at the end of the day she doesn't know the damage that £2 could cause to me.some people think lotto and other things are ok but for me it is and has to remain totally gamble free. So on i march feeling proud

friend and workmate.if i throw a bet in there the lot go,s and old selfish scottyboy returns.i cant win gambling because i cant stop.glad its not like that today.
