Hi all, quick diary update as today I hit my 104th day GF! Rather proud as what with the Euro's currently taking place, temptation is all around, more than ever before.
Celebrated a birthday few weeks back, taking aside my little roulette flutter (as mentioned in post above), I now feel it's a whole fresh start - a new clean gamble free me :)))
Not posting/looking on here that regularly, so hope this finds all forum members well?
Off on me happy hols soon! Wishing all a good Summer (if the sun ever comes out that is), also keeping my fingers crossed England bring it home (fat chance of that)...

With a heavy heart I had to reset my 'gamble free' days counter today... Cut a long story short; had been going so so so well, only playing my usual £5 a week on the lottery (I know some consider this as myself not being GF, but this seriously isn't my downfall), until Saturday gone that was.
Had some time alone, big day of football, downloaded a new betting app with bonus join up, had a win, thought I'd keep it at that but, oh no! Lost all self-control this week, along with a LOT more money! Blocked mentioned account now & back to square one I go...
This being my first post in a long while, so here's hoping all forum users well & good luck in kicking this evil habit into touch. Really does help coming on here reading people's gambling experiences.

Not entirely sure why...but very strong urges to gamble at the moment. I'm thinking it's because normal life isn't currently plain sailing.

Years have passed now & I’ve been pretty good to myself, Lotto aside, which I do mostly with my wife.Â
Today I lost £100 on roulette in less than an hour & its made me feel sick. Not a nice feeling at all! Thought I’d post to here to mark the sad occasion. Gonna make sure this is a lesson learnt.
