In time I found that I did not want or need to gamble for today.
In time I found that I also found that I could do so much more with my time.
Moving from being unhealthy living in pains and fears to living a full self sufficient day.
No more regret, No more self abuse. Being the healthiest person I can be today.
For me gambling is a very unhealthy habit.

Absolutely true. With baby steps I will be where I would not be living in fear of slipping again. But for now, I just need not to gamble for today only.
