Hi SA - Want to see your smiley face on here tomorrow, guess you have been just down caused by the mixture of your drinks last night, no wonder you didnt feel like doing much, your liver would have been too busy getting rid of the toxins for your body to cooperate with walking etc.,

But Hey tomorrow is another day, guess you will feel totally different in the morning, maybe go out and socialise at the Gym or at least get some fresh air.

Well done for not doing the Lotto, you managed to fight the demons in your head, and you were the winner lottery or no lottery.

Now you just keep strong and have a good day tomorrow with a smiley face, Bandit

Hi SA, Glad you had a better day. Cyber plate at the ready? I made celeriac oven chips coated in curry power and olive olive on saturday, AH made me pears in red wine, yummy! Today we had the romeansco cauliflower with honey roast ham, what can I say about the romeansco cauliflower, it was cauliflower. Very pretty to look at but cauliflower nontheless. AH has spent the weekned pouring over the cookery books, earmarked a few Nigella recipies. He also made stew today. Much better than reading whats running at Ascot or Newmarket, all very positive. Keep that smiley face, it gives me hope that there could be light at the end of this very dark tunnel. Ostrich

Hi mate, thanks for posting for me, every post helps. Just been reading through your diary, well done. 162 days seems so long away for me on day 23. I am going to have to get back in the gym and try and set some times on the tread mill for you to beat lol.

Hiya S A,

Just popping in to see how you are...looks like your a happy bunny 🙂

I'm taking a leaf out of your book and started to exercise, I used to exercise all the time, always kept my mood up but it all went a bit pearshaped after having my last child plus then the gambling ..were my mouse finger was the only thing that moved. Anyway...I'm feeling great and life is going more up as the recovery goes on. Will keep in touch...and good on you for getting this far..wishing you the best for the next 163 days.

Day 163 gambling free

Hi Wayne, Del and steve,

Thats really kind of you to say Steve..your comments have given me a lift this evening. Am not feeling too clever today.. over tired I think.. also feeling insecure and unsettle at work today.. for no particular reason.. well i spose their are reasons but cant quite find the words for them... tiredness.

Was going to go to a GA meeting this evening but changed my mind at the last minute.. too much of a treck I told myself.. preferred to come home and sit in front of the Tv and eat cheese n biscuits and in the warm. I feel slightly guilty about this cos i know that i always get something out of Ga even when feeling tired and unsettled. Of course at times like this its best to get along to a meeting.. in principle atleast.

Of course feeling tired and unsettled or ill or angry or whatever never stopped me gambling. Anyway despite how I feel today it hasnt transferred into urges or thoughts to gamble. I probably just need a good nights sleep and I will feel fine again.

Regards to all who read this.. S.A 🙂

Hi SA, where is that smiley face, hope that you have had a good nights sleep and wake up feeling a bit better. You sure sound down, sounds like you definately need to look round for another source of employment, only thing is its not always that straight forward.

I appreciate all the support that you have given me over the weeks, and all the posts on my diary. Please try to keep strong. Understand not turning out at night, its so dreary these dark, wet, evenings, cheese and biscuits and tv sounds so much less hassle. Take care, I am just going to bed after night shift so hope that you wake up feeling better and that work is not too traumatic, Best Wishes Bandit

Ah! Smiley face! Yet you still seem down. I wish I could say something to really make you smile, you always seem to manage to say just the right thing to everyone else. Even though I am not a gambler, you managed to me to make me feel better. Thank you. Be kind to yourself today. 🙂

Hi S.A.

Thought I pop in and return the compliment. TY for your psot in my diary. 🙂

You have been very supportive on this site. Reading your last post, I can relate to that to. Sometimes you just want to check in quick, not sure of what to say, because you are moving on and living life.

6 months not gambling, excellent. Keep doing what you are doing.

God Bless

Charly 🙂
