Day two,

So I woke up early after a rubbish nights sleep things going over and over in my mind all night, was feeling really rubbish again but I have to snap out of it and this afternoon I got a phone call that iv been waiting for, iv been accepted by a charity to run the London Marathon for them, at last something to put my mind to and push my self instead of constantly thinking about gambling.

Last night I spoke to Gamcare and they have arranged some counselling so again another step taken my last thing today will be to call and self exclude for all bookies in my local area.

So after a horrible weekend I can be a little happier knowing iv put thing in place to break the cycle of gambling.
