Just popping in quickly because I have a busy day ahead.

Apart from the one day that I gambled, which put me back a day. I have not gambled for 11 wks 2day, which is a gr8 improvement.

I am feeling postive and strong, and i'm putting that day behind me 🙂

lol...I can be selfish hun ...and part of how I am is that by pushing people away I forget how that also hurts and affects them as im too busy feeling my own pain.xx

Your bf sounds lot like mine I that I have someone who is very patient with me whilst I sort out this stuff in my head...he has also worked so hard on himself too and also wants a different life so we have a lot in common.

I can talk to him about feelings too which is great and he doesnt think im mad..(well he may..but he keeps it to himself)

I can be a total pain in th a** and like a dog with a bone sometimes but hopefully my good points out way the bad....

As the swishy hair advert says...We're worth it!.... lol
