hi all, just a quick intro and note to kick this off.
Like many I've a problem, FOBT's and roulette to be precise. After today where I've lost yet another 4 figure sum it really is time to break this habit.
I kid myself I'm doing OK, last month I was up £5k but the month before and this one swaps that in losses.
I have periods where I don't play, sometimes 3-4 weeks and I just need to find the inner strength to quit completely.
I'm determined to beat this.
Well day 1 is here, on my way to work with £20 and no cards as left them at home, it may only be day 1 but feeling positive.
