Day 10 - played tennis again today. Weather been good. Off camping again tomorrow to Wales.
Solid effort so far mate. All about changing the habits. When you used to gamble, do something else. Great to see you keeping active too. Amazing what a bit of exercise can do.

Day 14 - back from camping in Wales. Good few days with the extended family. Dancing round the fire pit and paddle boarding in the estuary. Memories. Unpack everything now and clean it up ready for next year. Might go down to Henley and get train into London one day and do the museums with the kids.
