Hi diary it's been a while but I'm back. Want to stop this gambling it's causing me many problems and holding me back in life but more importantly it's holding my family back.
My problem is fobt I've made excluded myself online so that no longer a problem. I hate fobts and slots they are so addictive I have no problem with any other form of gambling. Football betting I enjoy and only spend what I can easily afford and always have.
I've spent family savings got into debt it has to stop and it will. No more fobt no more slots I'm going to carry on with my weekly football bet as I don't see it as a problem with that, my addiction is not gambling it's fobts and slots that's for sure. I've had problems with them for 15 years it ends today.
Day 1
Just to add this is the first time I've tried to quit since I became father, I never thought I'd play fobts again when my child was born and I didn't for a while but the old habits have returned with a vengeance

Onto day 2 have had opportunity to gamble but haven't done it so a minor victory. Been a busy day with the kids but still feeling angry about yesterday and the months before. My family deserve better and I deserve better. The fobts are evil and I am weak around them. I won't go in a bookies again
