Morning,

Seems like ages since I posted on your diary. Been having one of those periods where I have just kept my diary ticking over. I do keep reading though and it's always great to see you moving forward. Sounds like a good time for you right now. Many of us have had a sticky period in January but it seems you have got through that now. Payrise and some time off that is the ultimate combo!

Just keep at it mate passing 200 days is brilliant and you should be very proud of what you are achieving.

Just popping in buddy great news on the pay rise - always nice to be rewarded for your hard work. Your doing great on the no gambling front and deserve all the "treats" you get. Keep it going mate and enjoy the week off.

day 210

well the actual week off work has almost flown by but i do still have the weekend free and i still remain gamble free, i once used to dread time off when having nothing planned because i knew it would ultimately lead to gambling but that was then and this is now because i see it as a time to take a break and recharge the batteries now

have good weekend

Morning,

Cheers for the post always good to hear from you and even better to see you continuing to move forward in recovery. Work and decorating in some ways doesn't sound appealing but I guess whilst gambling work suffered and decorating got put off? Many many benefits to us keeping our demon at bay even if they don't seem great at first glance!
