Hi Carl

I'm so happy to see things are good for you! Mega impressed at the marathon training (remember when snickers were marathons???? much more to my liking!)

I totally understand what you mean about wasting time- there are so many more important things to be doing!

Keep up the fantastic effort

Take care

Irene

Hi Carl,

Getting so close to that big day now. Would you have run a marathon whilst gambling? Intention may have been there but realistically probably not. It will be a huge achievement and one you can say you managed by turning your life around. Credit to you buddy!

Carl good luck with the run on sunday mate thats great going, as flagg said our lifes change when we stop gambling. Ive signed up to a half marathan as a way of improving other areas of my new life. Have a great run and well played to ya, especially on those big gamble free numbers - great inspiration.

Hi Carl

Day 270- marvellous 🙂

I'm so happy to hear that there's "nothing to report"- I'm presuming that this means that you're cruising through life at the moment.

Good luck with the marathon!

Take care

Irene

hey carl,

great to hear you are doing so well that is a n impressive amount of days, give yourself a massive pat on the back from me.

good luck with the marathon, you seemed to have trained really hard for it during the most difficult time of the year with the rain and the cold so now time to enjoy!
