Creeping up on my next milestone of 2 months, feels good! Triangle is broken for the weekend and this will ensure if any urges pop up I'm in a strong position to ignore them! Looking forward to a busy weekend with lots planned, happy days!

Day 61 & 62 gf!
Thanks deano and Suzanne for the words of encouragement, I have reached my milestone of 2 months and it feels fantastic!
I have gone through 2 pay days without wasting any money gambling, financially and mentally I am the best off I have been in a long time!
Next milestone is 80 days, no significance to that number, it just gives me a new target before I go for the big 100! I really want membership to that club!
Today I will not gamble because I aim to be part of the 100 club!
Day 63 gf!
So yesterday I was again tempted to go to the bingo - I had convinced myself I wouldnt actually go on the slots, just the actual bingo. I dont think just playing the bingo should reset my counter however I think this is just throwing temptation in my face by doing this. I didnt end up going and can see Sunday night is a problem area so need to plan something in at this time.
Will be away again this week, studying & books and lots of work is planned in so I dont have lots of time on my hands.

Thanks CW, you are so right - why put myself in the situation where I can gamble! Have thought of what I can do Sunday nights to keep me occupied and have a couple of ideas, no bingo!
Even though the weather is not great my spirits are high - I am in the 60's of being gamble free, I like the sound of that. Just read through quickly a couple of my earlier posts and life feels so much different now...I feel different to those posts of despair. I have some great nights out planned the next couple of months and for once I am not worried about them in terms of thinking I cant afford them because I will lose all my money gambling. Got to keep strong and stay on this path!

Plodding along, cant really say more than that. Busy at work, trying to study and avoiding anything gambling related - looking forward to the weekend and some fun time! Cant think of much more to post really, life is good not gambling.

Day 66 - gf!
I have recevied numerous emails lately from new gambling sites, not sure why this has happened but they must have sensed I havent been on them in a while! Have unsubscribed from each and reported them as a misuse of information when available in the email - these companies must just be passing around email addresses to target people!
Looking forward to some therapy at the start of next month, its good to unload and try to figure out more tools to use going forward in the battle against this addiction. Have finally found some balance with the diet after using food as a replacement for gambling. Feeling better in myself for this and exercising more which is something i need to keep doing going forward.
Today I will not gamble because my mind and body is a temple!

Not really much to report on, back home for the weekend and looking forward to relaxing away from work. Feel like I am balanced at the moment which is good and that I have lots of fun and exciting things to look forward to - none gambling related!

Still ticking along gamble free, had a nice day out today and no urges until back in the house, wasn't really an urge so to speak just a thought of gambling that popped in my head that was dismissed!
Rolling on to my next milestone and then aiming for 100 days!

No real thoughts of gambling today which is good as the last 2 weekends there have been thoughts of bingo...I think with being in the process of buying a house and money at the front of my mind it has caused me to be a bit anxious lately-my release used to be gambling so this could be why those thoughts popped in re the bingo! Anyhow not today, nice and relaxed and ha a lovely day!

Day 70 & 71
Short post, missed yesterday as was travelling and didnt have access to internet - no urges to gamble and looking forward to that continuing! Have a couple of days booked off soon to sort house stuff out, very excited that is progressing well!
