I haven't gambled since the 1st of March until last night I will say now I was on my stag do and id had a few but I know that is no excuse I choose to do it for my own selfish reasons, now this morning I got the courage to finally tell my OH and I can see how much it has broke her and how disappointed she was in me so now I'm going beyond diary's and software blocks or freezing accounts I'm taking it a day at a time I will attend meetings and give her any money's to look after I realize now this is it
