Another weekend is here, gonna stay in and save my money for December. Looking forward to Chelsea match at midday tomo then listening to games over Saturday and Sunday. Kinda hoping city win as it takes prem more interesting either way interesting weekend for us all, plus Kim hits her year free from gambling on Sunday something that I came close too but didn't quite reach , a year is such a long time ey

I believe in you, And i know how strong you can be. The bottom line is we'll wake up tomorrow &  have a choice to make. It ain't about us it's about our loved ones too. Are we going to ask them to believe us and let them down AGAIN or are we going to demonstrate we are serious about change. Let's hope we all do the right thing.

I believe Kim is in all our thoughts and prayers at this time. One year is a wonderful milestone. I shall celebrate it. She is a great example for all of us. She gives me hope.

hi al and drama thanks for popping by. Yes i do have a decision to make everyday when I wake up, to follow on down this tunnel or self destruct. Ive started on a new journey of saving towards Christmas presents. This month I'm staying I each weekend and saving my money towards December. Another Monday successfully negotiated. Went to work then gym. Nothing to add.

Well was going to not go to poker tonight but got talked into it, oh well live and learn. Its my one social night of the week so felt obliged to go but there at other things to do besides poker. I been to the gym last four days and I feel that's the way to meeting new people so I going to continue with that.

no gambling since, I really don't have a problem most of the week its just tuesday nights and some weekends when I venture into town. Oh well onwards we go into another weekend then another week then another weekend and so on doing nothing getting bored and eventually pass away. Then who knows.....

Another weekend is upon us....my nephews and neice and sister have come over, been playing games and relaxing. Not been tempted by gambling at all today or past few days. Have to go to gym again soon... I should be on chat tonight.

Another week has started, here we are in the grips of gambling addiction trying to make a successful life for ourselves. Not thought about gambling today and I am thankful for that. Tomo is a different day and lets focus on that when we get to it!

Little fleeting thoughts of going to poker tonight but I will stay strong!!!! Off to work in a min earn a crust then back home to relax.

Not goig to poker tonight, for the first time in a while, got to start a gambling free run!!!!! theres a theatre porter position bank come up at work that im going to apply for to try and get some more hours every week.  Could work out well for me.  Ill defo be on chat at 8.

hi murlo thanks for popping by, yep I asked about the job position today and my manager is going to ask the theatre manager soo fingers crossed I should get back to full time work and be able to save more horray. Ended up going to pub poker last night, no big deal just what happened. C u in chat tonight.
