15 weeks gamble free!!!

Feeling a bit hung over today, been over indulging the last few nights but worth it as I spent time with friends and family having fun and catching up. Thought I would take it easy tonight but my cousin is home for the weekend and it would be rude not to join everyone for a wee glass of wine 🙂 Really need to clean the house and do some shopping, will feel better once I have done all my little chores.

Sod the chores just keep on drinking lol. Massive well done on the 15 weeks going great and loving to hear your enjoy that gamble free time and that's what it's all about. Turning things around and enjoying life once again. Great stuff.

Sorry forgot to say that the threads coming to an end. Can't believe how quick it's gone. Less than 2 weeks to go. This Friday will be checking in as normal but day 90 falls on next Saturday so next Saturday will be the final check in day. Look forward to seeing you at the finish line.

16 Weeks gamble free today!

Whoop! Time has flown in.

Haven't posted much recently - husband bought me a bike this week, going out tomorrow on it for the first time, little bit nervous as I haven't ridden since I was a kid but hey should come back to me 🙂

Have a big day next week - attending an employment tribunal to get my holiday and notice pay sorted from my last job and I have an interview later on the same day. Really dreading both but just need to suck it up and be confident (or fane confidence!).

Hope that I am opening a new chapter to my life - cycling will help me get fit and lose weight and a the job has a fab salary and prospects so fingers crossed - I need a break!

Another week done and dusted - 17 weeks now gamble free.

Had a good week - interview went well. Tribunal case has been rescheduled until Monday so still have that to face. Went for a bike ride yesterday, nearly wrecked me! Just need to get my confidence up. Also trying to cut down on sweets, choc, fizzy drinks etc. Need to lose some timber! Hope everyone out there is ok, stay strong x

Now your routine is different the good stuff can work its magic with very few bumpy bits in the road ...
