Hi Jim,

Keep going, the strength you gain from resisting the urges is really empowering. 46 days is some achievement and I hope things continue to roll along for you,

Well done,

DT.

Thanks DT

I am on Day 46 and feel great for it, a personal friend of my has given up too and is making it easier to have someone to talk to.

Bring on the weekend, I will not gamble!

Made it through today had a chat with a friend today, gave him a lift somewhere and turns out he has been gambling recently and has been referred to a councellor by his doctor, we had a good chat... i hope he is ok.

Anyway I made it through day 47.... fantastic, now bring on the weekend. Tomorrow hasn't been touched.

Hi Jim,

I will have boredom any time. Anything is better than that sick panicky feeling of having gambled ones money away. Well done on your gambling free time... S.A 🙂

Day 56

I did not gamble over the weekend which feels good as I am always at risk on fri & sat.

Big milestone this weekend lasting between two pay days, first time I have done that in 3 years and only the second time in 15 years.

I will not gamble today.
