Thanks Brandon.

All is good still, another GF weekend. It's getting easier, I don't crave it as much. I don't think about it as much.

But I can't get complacent. Next target is 75 days.

Day 71. Really not given gambling much of a thought at all. Generally feels like it's getting easier. The bank account is looking healthier and the small debt should be paid of by March, maybe sooner if I really tighten the purse strings.

Life is good!

75 day target done. Feels like ages ago since I last had a bet.

Even more important that I don't bet now with Christmas coming up. I can actually spend money on others rather than giving it to the bookies. That's a great feeling.

Anyway next target 100 days. Let's do this! 🙂

Have a good one guys

So it's Saturday, i'm sitting here watching the scores roll in, not even thought about having a bet. Just enjoying it for what it is. Oh how times have changed hey!

Have a good weekend all.

Another week under the belt and getting closer to Christmas. Really looking forward to getting the rest of the debt paid off in the early part of the new year and then start saving some money. I have a big year coming up and I will need all the money I can get so it's important I don't relapse.

Betting hasn't been on my mind at all recently except when I come on here to read a few posts. Long may that continue!

Hi RA

I recognise your name from the past. I'm back on here because I didn't listen to my past. I'm on day dot but the future is bright if we don't gamble. Congratuations on over 100 days. You're an inspiration.

Wishing you a happy gamble free 2017

Thank you both for your comments. I actually forgot yesterday was day 100, that's how little thought I have given to gambling.

I haven't even really been on the site at all recently. Not sure if it's due to Christmas or what but I just haven't had time, or I don't think to come on. I'm going to try and change that as i like the idea of trying to help people like you send so much time doing deano.

New year new start westsider. What allowed you to relapse this time? Can you change that? Make it really difficult for yourself?

I wish you all a great new year! And a gamble free one at that.

I think for me it's a form or escapism, putting off real life. It's mad how after everything that has happened to me before, I could just waltz back to it so easily. I had a broken nights sleep which is another symptom of a heavy loss. but I'm feeling positive for the new year. Today I won't gamble and on the chime of midnight I will have my first full 24 hours of gamble free bliss under my belt. I like the idea of trying to help others with the same problem as me.

Onwards and Upwards

Westsider
