I do apologise for not posting but ive had an horrendous week at work, long hours even in yesterday.

On the positive side no urges at all ,wheather it's because iv'e had no time, or maybe the urges are be subsiding I hope it's the latter.

Try to catch up with everyone today Dino x

Day 47

Less stressful week at work this week ,so I hope those urges don't return .

Feel in a good place at the moment, more in touch with life and those people around me.

Enjoying not having massive mood swings, and of course having a few quid in my pocket helps.

Stay strong Dino.

Yay to the mood swings dulling down, hopefully you are out the other side of that particular side effect now! As for the urges returning coz you're not so busy, you are better placed to deal with them now if they dare 🙂

Keeping enjoying life, who knew how much better it was in recovery! Keep choosing 'No' - ODAAT

Stay strong everyone if I can do it then anyone can .

Thanks for all the support to my gamcare friends, without it in my times of needs(which there's been few)I surely would not have got this far.

Day 57

Not been on for a while , but still staying strong .

Finding things rather easy at present , which in itself worries me a little.

Hi Dino,

58 days today, well done you, great achievement,

Embrace the good days they build the strength up, for if you have a low day,

Staying strong and positive and feeling good, is a great tool to keep moving forwards and upwards, and you are doing just that.

Take care

Suzanne xx

Not sure of the days about 65 just glad to be gamble free.

I've had a few urges over the last few days, but i'm glad to say they have not lasted long.

After many years I think it might just be sinking in that I never win,of course I had many winning days, weeks, even months, but eventually I would lose it all plus more .wheather it took me days, weeks ,or months to lose I always did.

Now i'm not stupid, or at least I thought I was'nt ,would I have a bet on a event that was guranteed to lose ? of course not.But that's exactly what iv'e been doing for years because I eventually always lost more than I won.

Keep strong everyone Dino x.

Sat still a bad day for me even after 66 days.

Been a real test for me today, the OH away for the weekend ,been home alone.

That would have been the trigger for all out gambling 2 months ago, but today although having a few urges remained gamble free and I am feeling really proud of myself , even watched football rugby and racing enjoying it for what it is sport.

Have a great weekend everyone Dino x.

Good skills, it may still be hard but you have the strength to say 'No' now & that is what this fight is all about so great work...You deserve to feel proud 🙂

Keep fighting those nasty little urges - ODAAT
