Time for a diary having spent over £600.00 of my wages within 1 hour of getting them tonight.
I have a big gambling problem & I am trying to come to terms with it & wanted to share my experiences with like minded people.
I can not think about what has gone but I can look forward with each passing day & get to grips with my addiction

First and foremost well done for starting a diary on this wonderfull forum you will recieve a wealth of support and advice and this will help greatly in your quest to arrest you addiction.
My advice to you is the advice I was given when I started my own recovery 150 days ago.
Take it one day at a time Just for today NO BET, and use the triangle TIME-MONEY-LOCATION take one of these away my friend and you cant have a punt enabling you to remove your "gambling goggles" that all us compulsive gamblers wear whilst at it and become focused on recovery and living a gamble free life.
Most of all be kind to yourself you are doing something amazing in wanting to arrest your addiction. Keep posting it will help.
