Day 16 and I've been paid 5 days and not put a penny on a bet. Normally I would have lost a good bit by now.
19 days down and my 3rd weekend. Been really annoyed with something the last few days and angry. First thought is to say f**k it and stick a bet on.. But I have not did it. Just keep looking at the 18 days not gambled

28th day.. I'm Proud. 5 more days and I beat my record In 8-10 years. No catch cards. No lotto. No football cards. Not even a text to win something on a radio. and no bets online.....

30th.day...just had a thought.. A wee ВЈ20 on a accumulator. I won't miss £20... But came on here instead. I can't get any online accounts now anyway. But it sometimes pops into my head still.. Where I thought about gambling 24 hours a day before. I hardly think about it now. I will no break
31st.... All good now gambling thoughts at all.
32 days. This is par with the last time I broke.. But not this time.
