Well it seems a lot longer than a week but I have resisted. A couple of people asked for tips yesterday for the football and I just said no they can look them selfs. It's still hard at times but I know it will get easier.
This is my day number 7 (after 14 years of betting). Yes, it is so difficult. But we will manage!
Had a Busy day today and there was not a thought of betting in sight 🙂

Day 10,,, day off work today. Ps4 day it will be.. A few more days and that will be my 2nd longest non gambling in years
On par with my 2nd longest time not gambling.. Feel better this time than I did the last time.
