Hi

anita
The purest answer I can give you is to have meaning in everything else I do. I have a job I love, people who rely on me and I have set ambitions and goals. That's not to say look at me, I am humble but proud to be able to say this. The other thing I know that I do is I appreciate what I have. And lastly, I have never once used other things as excuses in life since my mid teens onwards, I have always internally been able to look in the mirror and say you caused this. I wish you and your husband well. I got help to stop gambling but in the main I have had to do it all myself and for myself and although I've fallen down a couple of times it's because the things that have given me meaning have become clouded or I've been complacent. Thanks for your kind message.Â
Thanks Steven for your inspiring and meaningful post. Not only are you setting yourself significant goals and targets, you also show real gratitude for all the good things in your life. I will try to emulate the method to feel every milestone as a successful chapter. Best wishes to all.Â
